RETURN POLICY

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE (FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS, WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE)
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM; UNWORN, UNDAMAGED AND UNUSED
  • ALL TAGS HAVE TO BE ATTACHED AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WEAPINGS SHOULD BE INCLUDED
  • FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOXED AND DUST BAGS, WHERE PROVIDED
  • ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

  • PURCHASERS PAY FOR THE SHIPPING IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OR SIZING ISSUES
  • SELLERS PAY FOR THE SHIPPING IF PURCHASERS RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS (DESIGNS, SIZES, COLORS, ETC.)
  • SELLERS PAY FOR THE SHIPPING IF ITEMS ARE IN FLAWED OR DAMAGED CONDITION

 

REFUND POLICY

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE COMPLETED VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, AND THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DELIVERY COSTS. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO KEEP YOU UPDATED EVERY STEPS OF THE WAY.

IF YOU HAPPEN TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS IN DAMAGED CONDITION, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL QUICKLY ARRANGE FOR A NEW REPLACEMENT OR A RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS.

YOUR REFUND WILL BE COMPLETED VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, AND THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DELIVERY COSTS.

– DEPOSIT ONLY BANK ACCOUNT PAYMENT : ITEMS RETURNED + 4 BUSINESS DAYS

– MICROPAYMENT : ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE CANCELLATION IS MADE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH WHERE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE

 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT AND DESTINATION OF YOUR ORDERED ITEMS. WE ALSO OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE THE FOLLOWING THRESHOLDS: 400,000 KRW, 380 USD, 420 SGD

ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE WITHIN 7-14 DAYS. YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE PREPARED QUICKLY FOR DISPATCH, HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELAYS OR FAILED PAYMENT APPROVAL.

IN ORDER TO CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO AN ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU PLACED THE ORDER. IF YOU ORDER HAS NOT YET SHIPPED, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY REFUND YOUR PAYMENT. IF YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT AS SOON AS WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEMS BACK FROM YOU.
